BVK is a waved satin finishing wheel made from non-woven abrasive for uniform surface treatment and satin finishing. Its sinusoidal arrangement supports the treatment of wider surfaces and helps reduce visible marks between individual tool passes, producing a more homogeneous satin appearance.
Main features
- Waved / sinusoidal arrangement of non-woven abrasive
- Uniform satin finishing
- Suitable particularly for wider surfaces
- Helps reduce visible marks between individual passes
- More homogeneous final surface appearance
- Working section made from non-woven abrasive material
Why use a waved design?
Individual tool passes can remain visible when conventionally satin finishing wider surfaces. The waved, sinusoidal arrangement of BVK helps visually blend these passes and create a more uniform, homogeneous satin appearance. It is not presented as a guarantee of a mark-free surface.
BVA, BVA WAVE and BVK
BVA uses non-woven abrasive. BVA WAVE combines non-woven abrasive and abrasive cloth. BVK uses a waved, sinusoidal arrangement of non-woven abrasive for more uniform treatment, particularly on wider surfaces.
