The brown deburring wheel is intended primarily for metal parts after laser cutting. It removes burrs and oxidised or heat-affected surface residues, blends the machined surface and prepares the part for further processing, such as glass bead blasting.
Main benefits
- Deburring parts after laser cutting
- Removal of unwanted surface residues after cutting
- Surface blending and a more consistent visual finish
- Softer and more flexible construction
- Good conformity to workpiece shapes and contours
- Preparation for further processing
- Surface character can be influenced by selecting the appropriate abrasive type and grit
Why choose the brown version?
The brown version is softer and more flexible, allowing it to follow the shape and contours of the workpiece more effectively. This supports more uniform surface treatment and a more consistent, homogeneous visual finish. The final surface character also depends on the selected abrasive type and grit.
Processing sequence
LASER CUTTING → DEBURRING & CLEANING → SURFACE BLENDING → FURTHER PROCESSING. Glass bead blasting is one example of a subsequent process.
